Returns are available for unopened, unused products within 30 days of placing order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Contact us within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email us at email@example.com to request a RMA form. All eligible credits and refunds will be credited back according to original payment method minus a 20% processing fee. Returned merchandise must be received within 10 days of RMA and/or postmarked within 10 days of RMA.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. To have an item deemed as defective or damaged you must send us proof or documentation of damage. In addition to a description proof and/or documentation may also include but is not limited to video or photograph of item in question.
Product refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Class refunds will be subject to a 10% surcharge fee.
No refund will be given on ANY return over 30 days from PURCHASE.
No refund or return will be given on eyelash extension adhesive, opened or unopened.
No refund will be given on opened lash trays, it’s unsanitary and therefore not safe.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
